Busy busy busy.
I have been running errands since the crack of dawn.
But now, my car is clean, my laundry is freshly folded, my fridge is full and happy, and my bathroom is sparkling.
I had an hour to kill before my haircut and so I am curled up on the couch reading Game of Thrones and inhaling the scent of the homemade chocolate chip banana bread that is currently baking in my oven.

True life.
I am addicted to Chipotle.
Just had a minor breakdown on the phone to my dad for the past half an hour. No big deal.
I have been so ridiculously stressed out lately that I’m starting to lose my mind.
That’s life. Nothing to do now but make some herbal tea and get ready for sleep and a new day.
Sleep all day. Party all night. Never grow old....

The weather is fabulous and I couldn’t be more excited.
Writing frenzy.
I walked to the coffee shop for the fourth day in a row to hog the corner table and frantically edit my book.
I don’t think people pay me much mind until I start yelling at the screen and muttering into my recorder.
It can’t be helped.
Today is a stress day.
Everything is stressing me out.
And to make matters worse, my fridge is being lazy and not doing its job and my milk has gone sour.
That will have to be fixed. Tomorrow. Right now I’ve got a chair propped against the door in a ghetto attempt to keep it closed.
Right now I don’t have time to stress about my bills and my fridge and my lack of a bed.

Speed bumps.
When the movers coming to bring your bed get into a shouting match with your landlord and neither of them really speak English but neither of them speak the same language either and now you’re stuck sleeping on the floor again.
Oh well. Life is nothing if not unpredictable. I’m heading out to buy flowers for my landlady and Chinese food for dinner for myself and my favorite.

Not having to wake up at 5 in the morning was priceless this morning.
Today I am going to make a pitcher of iced green tea and wait for the moving people to deliver my sofa.
